According to the statute of the CYSOMMS  Article 5 - 1(a) members of the association can be:

1. (a) Regular Members of the Association are individuals over the age of eighteen and are professionals in the field, those who have the knowledge, are graduates of the field or related fields such as: Sommeliers, Sommeliers in wineries or other businesses, Sommeliers in beverage and wine import/distribution companies, Restaurant owners and employees, Sales Managers in wine shops, Collaborators in wine gastronomy publications (print and electronic media), Wine writers, Wine consultants, Hotel management staff in the Food and Beverage Department, Hospitality Academics, Trainers in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts sector, Oenologists, Winemakers, and finally wine connoisseurs. Regular Members have the right to vote at the general assembly (they elect and can be elected).

The CYSOMMS actively contribute not only to the Wine scene of Cyprus but also to the social awareness of the island by organizing charitable events that aim to support our local communities in partnership with other organizations and individuals.
